2. Performance Maintenance & Repairs


A gyroscopic watch has moving parts that require precision care. Our "Pit Crew" offers full-service maintenance to ensure your rim spins without friction.

  • Gyro-Calibration: If your wheel face isn't spinning freely, our technicians will re-align the centrifugal bearings.

  • Battery & Movement Service: We replace power cells and calibrate the Japanese Quartz movement for split-second accuracy.

  • Waterproof Testing: We reseal and pressure-test your watch to maintain its 3ATM rating.

Every Gyroo Wheel watch comes with our 2-Year Roadside Guarantee.

  • Coverage: Protects against any manufacturing defects in the movement or the spinning mechanism.

  • Easy Claims: If something goes wrong, we provide a prepaid shipping label, fix it, and get it back on your wrist within 10 business days.
